\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6 No, I’m not talking about Mr Paul’s antics<\/a> (or the typo in the TP post, either), but the horrid non-matching ligatures (\u00e2\u20ac\u02dcatt<\/strong>ack\u00e2\u20ac\u2122, \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcfl<\/strong>ubbed\u00e2\u20ac\u2122, \u00e2\u20ac\u02dctargeti<\/strong>ng\u00e2\u20ac\u2122) in a sea of blocky text. Almost every programme I was running had this problem. Mouse over the image to see how it could look if you apply this\u00c2\u00a0easy fix<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Create (or edit) the file ~\/.fonts.conf<\/del> ~\/.config\/fontconfig\/conf.d<\/span>, and add the following lines:<\/p>\n
