It&#8217;s only broadcasting at five watts, so if you&#8217;re really far, you might not hear it. The message it is transmitting is &#8220;SCARBOROUGH AMATEUR RADIO CLUB BEACON, REPORTS TO <a href=\"http:\/\/WWW.VE3WE.ORG\/\">WWW.VE3WE.ORG<\/a> 73&#8243;. It does this once a minute.<\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a reports page: <a href=\"http:\/\/ve3we.org\/archives\/3509\">CW Beacon \u00c2\u00ab Scarborough Amateur Radio Club<\/a>.
