After a couple of hours of waiting, paperwork and customs clearance (and several &#8220;Welcome to Canada!&#8221;s), we stepped out into the evening sleet, and headed straight for a Holiday Inn to crash.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve done okay.
