I&#8217;d like to price a hybrid. So I go looking for hybrid rentals. Nada. Well, not quite; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.discountcar.com\/\">Discount<\/a> said they&#8217;d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.discountcar.com\/HybridFleet.cfm\">added a bunch of hybrids to their fleet<\/a>, but they can&#8217;t be found on their fleet page. <\/p>\n<p>I walk through a Ford dealership every day. When the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ford.ca\/main\/default.asp?language=en&#038;section=1&#038;source=&#038;sVehCategory=FordSUVs&#038;model=Escape+Hybrid\">Escape Hybrid<\/a> came out, there were a couple in the lot. They seemed to hang around for a while, but now there are none.  I guess it was all greenwash after all, &#8216;cos I see a lot more Mustangs and trucks selling than hybrids.<\/p>\n<p>In short, we&#8217;re all going to die, <em>and it&#8217;s <strong>your <\/strong>fault<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;re about to hire a car.
