But language is just a tiny part of the Canadian experience, so I propose <strong>SINC<\/strong>&nbsp;&mdash; Skating Instruction for Newcomers to Canada.<\/p>\n<p>It seems that being at home on ice is an essential part of the Canadian winter experience.
