There are four places, and five candidates. I hope I get back on, because there&#8217;s a lot we need to do.<\/p>\n<p>Would you buy some fresh, green electrons from this man?<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Stewart Russell is standing for re-election to the board of WindShare. After a successful year heading up the Technical Committee and hosting public meetings, he&#8217;s keen to get to work building more renewable energy capacity in and around Toronto.<\/p>\n<p>Stewart is a long term advocate of renewable energy. After working on <a href=\"http:\/\/fairisle.org.uk\/\">Fair Isle<\/a>, where most of the power is generated by the wind, he was determined to work in wind energy. For several years he worked as an engineer for <a href=\"http:\/\/res-ltd.com\/\">Renewable Energy Systems Ltd<\/a>, one of Europe&#8217;s largest wind energy consultancies.<\/p>\n<p>Car-free since 1996, he is committed to a sustainable Canada, and is pleased to see that an active Canadian renewables industry is growing.
