However when compiling with wxGTK 2 you need to change the configure file: $XRC_LFLAGS="-lwx_gtk2_xrc-2.4"; #$XRC_LFLAGS="-lwx_gtk_xrc-2.4"; Then it does build hugin :) I finally got it working.
